Check that the email address is the one used to create your account, then use the password reset link on the sign in page. The reset message may take a few minutes to arrive, so check your junk or spam folder as well.

If the message does not arrive or your account remains unavailable, contact support and include the email address registered to your account. Never send your password.

Sign in and open your account settings. Choose the security or email option, enter the new information and follow the confirmation steps. For your protection, a change of email address may need to be confirmed from both your old and new inboxes.

Open your profile after signing in and select edit profile. You can update your introduction, interests, general location and the type of connection you are hoping to find. Save the changes before leaving the page.

Do not include a home address, workplace, phone number, financial information or other private contact details in public profile text.

New photographs may be checked before they appear. Use a recent, clear photograph of yourself with your face visible. Images containing contact details, offensive material, another person as the main subject or content you do not have permission to use may be declined.

Use Browse Members and choose your preferred age range, distance and other available filters. Your general area helps return relevant local results, but your exact home address is never needed for public matching.

Members use the service at different times and nobody is required to reply. Send one friendly message that refers to something in their profile, then give them space to decide. Repeated messages can feel uncomfortable and may lead to a report or block.

Creating an account and profile is free. If optional paid features are introduced, the price, renewal period and included features will be shown clearly before payment. No purchase should be taken without an active confirmation from the member.

Open membership or billing in your account settings and follow the cancellation option shown there. Cancellation stops the next renewal but may leave paid features available until the end of the current billing period. Keep the confirmation message for your records.

Open the member's profile or conversation and choose block or report. Blocking stops direct contact. A report alerts the support team to behaviour that may breach the service rules. Include a clear description and keep relevant messages or screenshots where it is safe to do so.

If there is an immediate danger or a crime is in progress, contact the police rather than waiting for a website response.

Meet in a busy public place, arrange your own travel, tell someone you trust where you are going and keep your phone charged. Take time before sharing private information. Never send money, bank details or security codes to someone you have met through a dating service.

Trust your judgement. You can leave at any time if something does not feel right.

Your profile should show only a general area or approximate distance, not your precise address. Avoid adding your street, regular daily routine or other details that could identify where you live or work.

Open account settings and select close or delete account. Read the difference carefully: hiding or pausing a profile may be reversible, while deletion may permanently remove access and profile information. Some records may still be retained where required for safety, legal or financial reasons, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
